Bill Douglas is now a Volunteer Fraud Investigator/Analyst for the Hillsboro Police Department. He assists Hillsboro Police Department (HPD) with advanced data mining techniques as applied to white collar fraud and identity theft investigations. He also does fraud investigation planning, management and operations, and provide testimony or expert witness at trial as required.
