Bill Douglas	Founder and Principal of Cost Advisors, Inc. Bill has extensive experience managing financial projects at both large and small public companies. Before founding Cost Advisors, Bill held management positions in Accounting, Sales and Marketing at Tektronix, Inc. and FLIR Systems, Inc. He has also been an auditor with Deloitte & Touche and CFO of a local software firm. Bill graduated Summa Cum Laude from Villanova University with a B.S. in Accounting. Bill is a CPA, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Licensed Private Investigator (PI). He is a frequent speaker and trainer on topics related to internal controls. Bill is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Oregon Society of CPAs, the Institute of Internal Auditors, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Oregon Association of Licensed Investigators and the American Electronics Association.
Jeff Stevens	Chief Operating Officer of Cost Advisors, Inc. Jeff is a results-oriented leader with proven success in managing projects for public and private companies. His background includes seven years of project management, accounting / finance, auditing, business process and fraud-related services. As manager of Cost Advisors’ consulting services, Jeff’s focus is to deliver exceptional results for each client and to enrich the lives and skills of Cost Advisors' employees. Jeff graduated from the University of Montana (Missoula, MT) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphases in Accounting and Finance. Member: AICPA, OSCPA, IIA, ACFE, OACFE.
Glen Oertli	Senior Consultant of Cost Advisors, Inc. Glen is a detail-oriented, technically proficient professional experienced in directing a large variety of finance and accounting activities. His background includes more than 25 years in private industry as a Financial Analyst and various Finance & Accounting management positions, where he displayed a strong customer orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, Glen has four years experience with all phases of the Sarbanes-Oxley act, including documentation, testing, etc. Glen graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business (accounting concentration) and has an MBA from Portland State University.
